The purpose of this agreement is to provide for increased efficiencies in the dental practitioners office and to reduce the dentists overhead expenses. The more efficient (i) use of office space by two or more dentists and (ii) utilization of chair-side assistant or front office staff skills may make the dentists practice more profitable. The Space-Sharing relationship is not only utilized among general practitioners but also among dentists within the same specialty, as well as dentists in different specialties. It is especially ideal for practitioners who are semi-retired and for active practitioners who wish to reduce the number of days which they practice while simultaneously seeking to reduce their overhead.
